Ben Moore is a Master of Architecture (MArch) student at Dalhousie School of Architecture in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Ben graduated from the Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies (BEDS) program at Dalhousie in April 2017 following a co-op work term at Breakhouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Ben recently finished an extended 20-month MArch co-op work term at Architecture Research Office (ARO)in New York City. He is currently at Dalhousie completing his research/design thesis in his final year of the MArch program.
Previous to attending Dalhousie, Ben completed the 2-year Architectural Engineering Technician (AET) program at Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), finishing with a 5 week work term at Nicholas Fudge Architects (NFA). Following receipt of his AET diploma, Ben continued to work for NFA, working one-on-one with Nicholas Fudge to produce schematic design, design development, and construction drawing packages for modern residential, commercial, and prefab architectural projects.
Following a year of full-time work with Nicholas Fudge Architects, Ben continued to work part-time with NFA while attending Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) for his final year of undergraduate studies before applying to BEDS.
